2. Payment information
Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider or marketplace, such as Stripe or BuiltByBit. Those providers process payment-card and billing information under their own privacy terms. LXSTRZG Studios does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.
Direct payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Customer account information and purchase-library records are handled through the store's authenticated account services.
3. How information is used
- To process and verify orders, deliver downloads, and maintain purchase records.
- To provide lifetime product support, updates, security notices, and requested communications.
- To prevent fraud, account abuse, unauthorised redistribution, and other security threats.
- To improve product documentation, compatibility, store performance, and customer experience.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and regulatory obligations.
- To send marketing only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law, with an option to unsubscribe.
4. Sharing and overseas processing
Information may be shared with hosting, payment, email, download-delivery, analytics, fraud-prevention, and professional service providers only where reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights and store security.
Some providers may process information outside Australia. Their locations and practices can change, so you should also review the privacy terms of any payment provider, marketplace, or external platform you choose to use.
LXSTRZG Studios does not sell personal information.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for delivery, lifetime support, security, record keeping, disputes, and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should also keep account credentials and download links private.
6. Access, correction, deletion, and complaints
You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, or request deletion where the law permits. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, support, or accounting reasons.
To make a privacy request or complaint, contact LXSTRZG Studios through the support channel on your receipt or the official links on the storefront. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or order. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.
7. Children and policy changes
The store is intended for Roblox developers who can legally enter a purchase agreement. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should handle purchases where required.
This policy may be updated as the store, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown below identifies the current version.
