1. Accepting these terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using an LXSTRZG Studios product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are under the legal age required to enter a contract where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve the purchase and these terms.
These terms apply alongside any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Product licence
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and modify the product in Roblox experiences that you own, develop, or are authorised to work on. Ownership of the underlying source files and intellectual property remains with LXSTRZG Studios.
- You may use the product in more than one Roblox experience that you own or control.
- You may modify the product for use inside those experiences.
- You may not resell, redistribute, leak, share, sublicense, or publish the source files as a standalone product.
- You may not give another person access to your download account or files, except team members who need access solely to work on your authorised experience and who follow these terms.
- You may not remove ownership notices and then claim the original system as your own work.
3. Purchases and delivery
Prices, included files, compatibility requirements, and product status are shown on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Digital access may be delivered through an account library, an email link, or an approved marketplace.
You are responsible for supplying accurate purchase and delivery information and for keeping download credentials secure. If delivery fails because the information supplied was incorrect, contact support so we can help verify the order.
4. Lifetime support
Lifetime support means support for the lifetime of the purchased product while LXSTRZG Studios continues operating and maintains support channels for that product. It is included at no recurring support fee for the original purchaser.
- Included: installation guidance, documentation help, product-access help, bug triage, and access to fixes or updates that LXSTRZG Studios publishes for that product.
- Not included: custom development, building your game, major feature requests, repairing unrelated scripts, or fixing problems caused by unsupported modifications or third-party systems.
- Support response times are not guaranteed, but reasonable efforts will be made to respond and resolve supported product issues.
- Updates may change compatibility or features. No specific future feature, release date, or continued Roblox platform compatibility is guaranteed.
5. Fair use and enforcement
We may suspend access when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorised redistribution, credential sharing, or another serious breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
Ending access because of a breach does not remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
6. Availability and liability
Roblox, Stripe, BuiltByBit, and other third-party services are independent from LXSTRZG Studios. We are not responsible for outages, platform changes, moderation decisions, or failures controlled by those services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LXSTRZG Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a product. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the store, products, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
