1. Change-of-mind refunds
LXSTRZG Studios does not provide refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, found another product, made an accidental purchase, or did not read clearly disclosed product requirements before buying.
Digital files can be copied and retained after access is provided, which is why change-of-mind sales are treated as final.
2. Faulty or misdescribed products
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If a product has a major problem, is materially different from its description, or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.
For a problem that can be fixed, we may first provide troubleshooting, a repair, replacement files, or an updated version within a reasonable time. The remedy available depends on the problem and the law that applies to your purchase.
3. Compatibility and modifications
A refund is not normally available where the product works as described but is incompatible with a requirement disclosed before purchase, where Roblox or another third party changes its platform after purchase, or where the issue was caused by unsupported modification, misuse, or another script.
We will still provide lifetime product support under our Terms of Service and will make reasonable efforts to diagnose supported issues.
4. Requesting help or a remedy
Contact LXSTRZG Studios through the support channel on your receipt or the official links on the storefront. Please include your order identifier, product name, a clear description of the issue, relevant screenshots or video, and the steps needed to reproduce it.
Do not publish or send product source files in a public channel. We may ask for reasonable proof of purchase before providing files, support, or a remedy.
5. Payment disputes
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to verify delivery and resolve the issue. Fraudulent disputes or chargeback abuse may result in download access being suspended, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
